Recently had the GM active fuel management engine lifter problem :-(. Fortunately repairs were within the warranty period.
Dan, the service advisor, was awesome to work with.
He kept me informed on what the issue could be, the process as the tech got into the engine and the timing of the repair. He Communicated!
Dan answered my questions truthfully and didn’t try to up sell or hide anything. He was able to ensure my vehicle was repaired ASAP and even looked into a loaner if it might be necessary.
Dan gives real customer service which is hard to find these days.
