The first step of benefiting through GM Fleet is acquiring your GM FAN! A Fleet Account Number (FAN) is your unique identifier within the GM database. It's used to individually identify qualified fleet customers, process orders, track vehicle production and delivery, and offer incentives to specific customers.

For eligible fleets, we offer incentives and programs such as fleet-specific OnStar® plans and pricing, telematics offerings, parts discount programs, a comprehensive fleet warranty, and more. 

WARRANTY

If your company has an authorized GM FAN, your new GM vehicle powertrain warranty and Roadside Assistance are extended from 5yrs/100,000km to 5yr/160,000km at no additional charge! 

This is about $2,300-$2,500 in savings. Having a GM FAN has other benefits as well. GM invites all current Fleet Customers to "Ride and Drive" events.You can also get a GM Scotiabank Visa to earn points for purchasing a new GM vehicle! 

Applying for a GM FAN (Fleet Account Number) is easy!

You must have a minimum of 5 vehicles unless purchasing or leasing three units or more of the current model year.
