Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate?
We do recommend setting an appointment, which will generally last 30-60 minutes, depending on the damage.
How much is an estimate?

How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
This is different for every repair. The original estimated completion date may change if additional damage is found, or if there are parts that are not immediately available. By the time the vehicle is disassembled, and parts are ordered, we can then update you with a more accurate completion date.
What are aftermarket parts?
The automotive aftermarket is the secondary market of the automotive industry, concerned with the manufacturing, remanufacturing, distribution, retailing, and installation of all vehicle parts, chemicals, tools, equipment and accessories for light and heavy vehicles, after the sale of the automobile by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to the consumer, which may or may not be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer.
If my vehicle's frame is damaged is it a total loss?
No - a car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Nowadays, most cars are built as a unibody (frame and body as one). Our highly skilled technicians, with the aid of our state-of the-art computer measuring system, can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.
The person that hit my car wants to just pay for the damage without involving the insurance companies.
That is up to you. You should ensure that the other party understands that the estimate we provide is just ‘an Estimate’ and prices are subject to change once the repairs are completed. We will handle all logistics of payment with the other party.
3rd party is going to pay for repairs, and I need to get 3 estimates.
It is advisable to get multiple estimates before awarding the repair work. We provide estimates at no charge. It is your right to determine where you'd like your vehicle repaired, however, your focus should be on the reputation, warranty and quality of the repair facility, not just the final price. Always ensure your vehicle is repaired to your standards – regardless of who is paying for it.
Do I need to notify the police after an accident?
Any damages of $1,000 or greater require a police report and accident sticker whether insurance covers it or not. Please complete this prior to bringing your vehicle in. By law, the collision must be reported within 24 hours. This should be done at the collision reporting center nearest to the site of the car accident.
Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes. We guarantee all repairs with a Lifetime Warranty.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you carry collision coverage, and you were not at fault, your insurance company most likely will waive your deductible. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether you will be responsible to pay this when you pick up your vehicle.
