I saw a 2019 Canyon online that I wanted to try out. Paul was fantastic and let me know all about the truck and its features. No high pressure sales tactics. Overall experience was very comfortable and they even delivered the truck to me in the Kootenays! Would definitely recommend.
A huge shoutout to the Bannister Kelowna team! I initially just went in to browse, but I ended up purchasing my new car from them. I had a fantastic experience working with Meaghan, who always made sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. I also couldn't have gotten my car without Mike; he was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process until the moment I drove my very first new car home. A big thanks to Jordan as well, who was exceptionally friendly and supportive with all the paperwork. Dealing with such an amazing team was the best part of the car-buying process, and I'm thrilled to be driving away in a safe, new car!

I was looking for cars for a couple weeks, and I was on the online website and the car didn’t have a photo yet, so I just briefly called the dealership to ask about it, and Paul went out of his way to give me the details, send me a video and photo of the car. When I went to go take a look at it in person, Paul was super helpful and informative, and just overall made the experience nice and easy. I would recommend coming to the dealership for anyone looking for new or used cars.

I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE350d from Bannister GM, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience—especially thanks to my saleswoman, Sophia.She truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact deal I was looking for, taking the time to work through every detail with me. What stood out the most was her dedication and commitment. Even after the dealership closed at 6, she stayed an extra hour past her shift to ensure I could get my insurance and registration sorted out without any stress.On top of that, she personally chauffeured me to and from my insurance provider, which made the whole process incredibly smooth and convenient.It’s rare to come across this level of customer service these days. Cris and the service team at Bannister GM Kelowna really saved my butt last week. Bought a brand new GMC Sierra truck at a different dealership on Saturday and took it for its maiden voyage on a 3 1/2 hour trip to Kelowna on Wednesday. Everything was great until I went to make the return trip home and my brand new truck with 489 kms on it would not start! BCAA managed to get me to Bannister with the check engine light on.The service team was already full with bookings for the next week but Cris recognized my situation of being stuck in Kelowna with no way home and was able to fit me in on an emergency basis. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem AND put on a temporary fix that would allow me to get home and bring the truck back to the dealership where I live for the proper repairs.This act of generosity and kindness was very much appreciated as it saved me from spending some extra nights in Kelowna or getting a rental vehicle and making another trip out to Kelowna to pick up my truck in a couple weeks. Cris even followed up with a call to make sure I made it home okay. NICE!Thank you Cris and Bannister Service Department!

While driving in from Ontario, our Yukon had a tire blow out on our way to Big White for a ski holiday, Sunday night after everything had closed. We were able to use their overnight drop box to leave our keys, and park our vehicle overnight.In the morning first thing I had a call and text message from Grace in their service department. Over the next three days they were able to arrange replacement tires, front struts and upper control arms which had been damaged. I was kept in the loop and update the whole way despite being unable to access the vehicle or dealership.At no time did I feel like they were taking advantage of the fact that I was clearly desperate and had no other choices.I can’t recommend this dealership or their service department highly enough. Thank you to everyone there.

If you're looking for an honest, personable, professional, and amazing sales person Mark Gray is your guy!
