Recently bought a Mazda from the Kelowna Bannister. It was a great experience, would highly recommend this car dealership. I was looking for something specific and they were able to bring something in from a Bannister in a different city. Cory and the rest of the sales and finance team were all amazing. Cory had great communication/follow up and you could tell he really cared about getting you into the right vehicle. A few years ago we bought my husband’s SUV from him as well. Will definitely go back to him and the team at Bannister in the future!

Another great day at Bannister Cadillac Kelowna. Came over from Merritt for a check engine light. We were early but Sabrina looked after us right away. Car went right in. Spent some time with Ryan in the sales department as he had called us earlier in the week as he had inquired about potential customers thru the service department. Hi we recently bought a 2024 Hummer EV3 at Bannister Cadillac in Kelowna. We engaged with the entire team there & were treated fairly & the sales associates went over the complex vehicle until we were satisfied. The finance department( Frank) was extremely thorough on explaining the various warranty & add on products available with this Unit . Great experience, great unit.

My son and I recently purchased a used Cadillac vehicle from Bannister GM in Penticton. The vehicle is not that common and the Penticton dealership had one, but the Kelowna one did not, so we purchased the vehicle in Penticton.Because Bannister GM in Kelowna is closer to where we live, we decided to get service work done at that location. On our first service visit we were treated very well and everything went fine.However, it was noted that the driver's door was slightly out of alignment, and as such, had caused some rubbing and paint abrasion and we asked that it be fixed under warranty. The service advisor said that that type of claim had to be addressed at their body shop, Bannister Collision Centre, so we took the vehicle there.Dianne Lorenson, who is the manager of the collision facility, identified the problem right away and said it would be an easy fix but also said it would need GM approval. Unfortunately, GM wouldn't approve it, citing the vehicle was too old (it was 2 years old with 20,000 kms. on it and still covered under the 4 year Cadillac bumper to bumper warranty). She suggested we elevate our concerns to GM Canada, which we did.In the meantime, I contacted Bannister Kelowna's General Manager, Ben Shek, via e-mail to describe our situation and frustration. To my pleasant surprise, Mr. Shek responded by phone within 20 minutes of me sending the e-mail and assured me that Bannister would look after us. He said that it would be nice if GM would step up, but if they didn't, he and his counter-part in Penticton, Julian, would look after us, and that's exactly what they did.We got the vehicle in to Bannister Collision right away and Dianne Lorenson had it fixed perfectly in 2 days with no charge.To this day (over a week after I filed a complaint), GM has not done anything.Kudos to Ben Shek of Bannister GM Kelowna, Dianne Lorenson of Bannister Collision in Kelowna and Julian of Bannister GM Penticton for looking after their customers and doing it in such a way that left us feeling like they really cared.Thank-you!

We just purchased our 2nd Cadillac from Bannister’s Kelowna!!! I was extremely Happy to see our old salesman John O’Callaghan ( from ford) working there!!!! Bannister’s should consider themselves Fortunate to have him!!! I was totally thrilled!!! He’s honest and kind and extremely knowledgeable!!!!! I loved working with him in the past!!!!
